About the Role


Step into a hands-on Test Analyst role where you’ll help deliver smooth, high-quality technology changes across BHI. You’ll work across application releases, system updates and platform enhancements - creating test plans, writing and executing test cases directly or via business stakeholders to ensure every release is ready for our users.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Plan and deliver end-to-end testing - developing test strategies, schedules and cases with full traceability.
  • Coordinate and execute unit, system, integration and UAT testing in partnership with business users, SMEs and project teams.
  • Validate functional and non-functional requirements (performance, security, accessibility, supportability) to ensure high-quality, release-ready outcomes.
  • Manage defects, retesting and test evidence while maintaining clear visibility of risks, issues and dependencies.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based testing insights and collaborate across ITS, vendors and business areas to support smooth releases and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience as a Test Analyst in an enterprise IT environment, working across the full testing lifecycle.
  • Strong capability in system, integration and UAT testing, collaborating effectively with SMEs and operational teams.
  • Solid understanding of release management, change processes and structured testing methodologies across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools, plus awareness of where test automation adds value.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • You hold tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, Business or a related discipline, or have equivalent industry experience.
  • You hold certification in recognised testing frameworks such as ISTQB, or equivalent practical experience applying structured testing practices.
